If you do not want a table and chairs, our volunteers will remove them for you, probably just move them into the next booth that wishes they had TWO or THREE tables. This is a bounty and will make life much simpler for everyone except those who feel disturbed by sus tables malingering in their spot. It's okay, we gotchu. We will move them. The hotel is also putting EXTRA chairs in the ballroom for random sitting and for the 23 piece Band. The hotel staff rocks.

Setup times
- Thursday, we are waiting to hear, probably around October 21, if we can set up this night. They let us if they didn't rent it to someone else that night. Why didn't WE rent it? It would have had to be... paid for. Your booth fees would have to be higher.
- Friday, Nov 13 set up in the Ballroom is from 9am – noon. SPONSORS of the FAERIE COURTS and GUESTS of HONOR may set up at 8am. Setup of your booth should be completed by 12:30pm. Doors open at 1pm. Please don't ask Nina questions before 9am. She gets tetchy.
- Shanna is your go- to for vendor set up. Unknown Person is running the Volunteers who are helping Vendors from x-11am
- Bring your beverages; I will buy some hotel breakfast sandwiches to place in the ballroom Friday morning to make this bearable.
You may MOSTLY be open or closed as you wish, but you MUST STAY OPEN the LAST two hours of your room each daytime. Closing to attend the balls is fine, but we DO get many visitors to the balls that are NOT there in the day. The Mezzanine also gets non-faerycon traffic from hotel guests and Magic Theater Guests. Vendors are closed from 5-7pm

Food Options at the Hotel
The LB Tavern in the hotel lobby is, In Nina's opinion, delicious, slow and expensive. Drag Brunch is there on Sunday morning, $15 cover charge and order from the menu.
LB BIstro is available for breakfast and lunch downstairs from there in the hotel.
You can EASILY walk to Dunkin Donuts. You can also find lots of other food nearby.
Balls have appetizers in the ballroom. VIP guests have first access to it, please; they paid for it. FaeryCon is buying 100 breakfast sandwiches, Friday morning so you can grab one at load in. They will be in the Ballroom, veggie and meat, I will try for some GF ones too.
All hotel rooms have a mini-fridge and a microwave
We are building The Fairy resistance in the festivals, the vacant lots and the backyards.
