1st Option Front Hotel Entrance:
If you do not want a table and chairs, our volunteers will remove them for you, probably just move them into the next booth that wishes they had TWO or THREE tables. This is a bounty and will make life much simpler for everyone except those who feel disturbed by sus tables malingering in their spot. It's oaky, we gotchu. We will move them. The hotel is also putting EXTRA chairs in the ballroom for random sitting and for the 23 piece Band. The hotel staff rocks.

- is the 15 minute drop off in the traffic circle to get into the hotel. Volunteers will be able to help. Unload and go park, THEN move your stuff in.
- If you need more than 15 minutes please use the loading dock marked on this terrible map, When you come into the building, leave the loading dock through the door in the right corner of the room. This will bring you in front of the service hallway, go up to the plaza floor, floor 1.
- As soon as you come out of the elevator go through hallway on the left, the service hallway that runs along the ballroom and can be accessed through any of the door ways in this hallway on the left side..
- If you need more than 15 minutes and the loading dock is full, and your load is light, use the back door to Fitz/Labyrinth Ballroom but note there are stairs

Setup times
- Friday, Nov 14 set up in the Ballrooms is from 9am – noon. SPONSORS of the FAERIE COURTS and GUESTS of HONOR may set up at 8am, or THURSDAY AFTER 6PM. Setup of your booth should be completed by 12:30pm. Doors open at 1pm. Please don't ask Nina questions before 9am. She gets tetchy.
- April Walters is your go- to for vendor set up. Mike Drummond is running the Volunteers who are helping Vendors from 8-11am
- Vendors who are ONLY SETTING UP for FRIDAY NIGHT'S Disco will load in between 6-7:30pm.
You may be open or closed as you wish, but you MUST STAY OPEN the LAST two hours of your room each daytime. Closing to attend the balls is fine, but we DO get many visitors to the balls that are NOT there in the day. Vendors are closed from 5-7pm

2 weekend passes per space (the cost of the catering was not factored in by Nina (me! I am new at catered balls!) so if you can donate something toward catering, thank you. Wait to see how you do, maybe?
$50/weekend daypass if paid on time when billed (does not include balls, but we can work that out. )
1 day pass per Roamer, balls are probably: buy another pass for each. You can also get a guest in for the same price. Balls are $150 presale otherwise.
Like at previous Fairy Scary balls, vendors will be around the sides of the ballroom. We will close the ballroom from 5-7 so you can get food.
If accepted, what do you do?
1) Continue being fabulous!
2) Please announce your acceptance NOW and include a link to the ticket page at that time. Please post again that final week. Feel free to post more on various social media [using the hashtag #bmorefairy #fairyscary to continue to generate excitement.
3) We ask that you decorate your vending space in a whimsical manner, helping to set the ambiance of the Land of Faery! There will probably be a booth decorating contest. :-) Especially if i can rope in a volunteer for this.

The Rain 903 Restaurant and Lobby Lounge is in the hotel, as is the Coffee Corner Marketplace. The Restaurant will be offering a limited menu for lunch (designed for quick turnaround) and a full menu for dinner. Please be aware that the on-site restaurant can develop long wait times due to demand. The hotel is across the street from the Towson Town Center Shopping Mall which contains restaurants and a food court. Reservations are recommended for all sit-down dining establishments in the area. All hotel rooms have mini-fridges. We are building The Fairy resistance in the festivals, the vacant lots and the backyards.
