Setup time:

  • Numbered booths and tables are in what we have been calling the "Party Room," where the bands will play.  Lettered booths and tables are in the Quiet Room and in the KidZone, which will be a lounge in the evening.
  • Saturday, Nov 16 set up in the Ballroom is from 9am – 11am.  Setup of your booth should be completed by 11:30am. Anyone who tries to START setting up after 11am will be turned away with no refund. Doors open at noon. Please don't ask Nina questions before 9am.
  • April Walters is your go- to for vendor set up. Once Suffiyah Burns has set up her booth (Horny Things Dancers Oasis Inc), you may also ask her for help. Ori Daquila, Micaela Baca, Mike Drummond, Robert Davis Jr are scheduled as Volunteers Helping Vendors from 8-11am

Vendor Hours and Breakdown:

Ballroom Vending Hours, Quiet Room & Party Room:  
Saturday 11/16/24: Noon- 5pm and  7 pm- Midnight 
Kidzone/Lounge area and Hallway: Noon- Midnight. Close from 5-7 if you want, by throwing a cloth over your booth.
​The Facepainter is staying open for anyone who wants to hire her for their BALL makeup.
Isabella Frane & Sean Floray have volunteered to watch booths for vendors who need a break during the day.
Breakdown is at Midnight, and these folks have Volunteered for clean up, which can also mean helping you break down: Todd Gardner, Jessica Hill, Artemis Synera, Nanci Smith, Ali R, Lyle

Vendor Spaces:

10′ wide x 10′ deep space
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLES AND CHAIRS (maybe we can find you chairs)
Two tickets
​6′ wide x 5′ deep space
The hotel SAYS they will have TABLES AND CHAIRS (but maybe have yours in your car 'cause Nina does not trust the communication with this hotel. Sheraton next year!)

  • This year’s venue has everything on one floor (no more steep ramps or elevators!). We request that you unload your vehicle,  and move your vehicle as quickly as possible to allow everyone the chance to get loaded in.​
  • Please stay within the boundaries of your booth area and do not spread outwards.  The booth spaces will be clearly marked.
  • No pop-up style tents are allowed in the vending room.
